Visitors can book an initial consultation, book a callback with their attorney (existing clients), or send us a message in the Book Online area of our home page. Each form has its own text-message checkbox. The checkbox is optional and unchecked until the visitor ticks it; anyone who leaves it unchecked can still book or send their message and receives their confirmation by email. The exact wording of each checkbox:

Callers who reach Rosa, our virtual receptionist, at (754) 260-1197 (or by pressing 1 at our main number, (305) 557-4300) can book a consultation or, if they are existing clients, a callback. Before booking, Rosa asks permission to text. Texts are sent only if the caller clearly says yes; if the caller says no or doesn't answer, no texts are sent and the confirmation goes by email. Rosa reads these words exactly:
